Dentist (State Facility) | 1099 Contractor
Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide professional dental care and treatment to patients, clients, or inmates at a state facility. The dentist will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental care, including examinations, treatments, and procedures within a dental clinic setting.
Key duties include:

Conducting dental exams and providing complete treatment, including endodontics, operative dentistry, Panorex radiographs, routine and surgical extractions, soft tissue impactions, and the fabrication of removable prostheses (full and partial).

Treating oral infections and managing other dental health issues.

Supervising the dental clinic operations and directing nonprofessional staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic functions.

Coordinating on-site contractual dental services as necessary.
Work will be performed independently, without direct supervision, but administrative direction will be provided by the Medical Director and Agency Health Care Administrator. This role requires a dentist who is confident in their ability to provide high-quality care in a secure and regulated environment.
